Thank you for your interest in joining the Families Together family. Please take the time to complete the application and attached training requirements. The training consists of 5 modules. Each module has a short quiz following the training. The quiz is not designed to challenge you, but rather ensure you are familiar with the Families Together process and requirements. The entire training should take between 45-60 minutes. We do encourage you to complete the training in one session if possible. If you are unable to complete the full training in one session you will be able to save your progress and come back later. After we receive your application you will be sent a link for our background check to the email address provided. This background check costs $20 and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
